Very sweet staff and funny bosses
We were in the restaurant as a couple in the times of Corona. Positive: - large pieces of cake - nice ambience by the water - Proximity to the breeding of the sea buckthorn Negative: - extremely slow and snappy staff - every coffee is only of average quality - Tables wobble, chairs without cushions, many tables without parasols - currently only self-service is allowed -> prices as for service and cheeky surcharge for Corona - older guests are yelled at
For me, no hot kitchen is no restaurant. No evidence of it from the outside. Ambience rather neglected and wild.
Very nice ambience.
Not bad for relaxing
During our visit on July 11th, we wanted to take a seat at one of the tables outside. However, since there was a sign on each of the tables that one should contact the staff in the restaurant in advance, we did this too. When I asked whether one of the tables in the outside area was still free, the waitress yelled at me in a really nasty way that if I could read, I would probably know. My companion immediately suggested that we leave this place. I was just speechless about this really strange experience. Ironically, my companion was later offered vouchers for this restaurant at a nearby vantage point. With reference to our experience, he of course refused. Such feedback on the restaurant was apparently nothing new. The manager of the restaurant, he was told, happened to be here too and was only a few meters away. Unfortunately, he did not ask them about the incident.
overwhelmed unfriendly service, quiche with salad € 9.80, came without salad and was old. As a "balance" 2 scoops of ice cream ... not exactly what you want when you order quiche with salad ...
Simple, well-kept restaurant with a spacious terrace in the sunny, quiet garden with a lake view. Friendly, courageous landlady. She has the form of operation caused by the special situation well under control. There is enough space for guests to keep a safe distance. Self-service drinks immediately. After just a short wait, a Brandenburg plate arrived that had it all: Fresh, extensive, nicely put together - in principle two pensioners could get fed up. Then you can stroll the afternoon with a fruity gray-burgundy, go to the bank and step out onto the pier platform - a romantic, wide view of the lake. Nice destination, where it is in the extensive area (large farm shop with ice cream cafe; herb garden) children will certainly not get bored so quickly. I have only seen satisfied ice cream lovers. There is a lot of car parking space on the premises available: (two dedicated parking spaces - one at the top of the cafe / farm shop and one at the bottom next to the orangery. There is much more space next to the old greenhouse). In my opinion, a restaurant that is also ideally suited for bicycle tourists. The toilets are clean.
The self-service was justified with Corona _ prices were not adjusted. Had ordered sea buckthorn cake got apple. My partner was offered rhubarb cake _ beautiful _ but without rhubarb!
Very picturesquely beautifully landscaped garden on the lake very naturally very nice
Very nice place for a Sunday trip. Lunch was delicious with regional cuisine. Large selection of home-baked cake with sea buckthorn.
Cozy garden between fruit trees and a very delicious sea buckthorn ice cream cup. We were twice ice cream 😎 Highly recommended and also as a stopover with the bike to break and nibble fruit from the trees.
Cozy and great card. Highly recommended 😎😊
Good offer. Partly high priced. Very clean toilets.
What a nice place! We celebrated our birthday here. It has and really liked it.
The staff is very nice, the food very good and a nice area
Very beautiful place in nature and then directly on the Glindower lake with own boat dock. Buckwheat cake with butter crumble like from my childhood, just great. Upload with many beautiful things that enrich the life and the senses. 😀 👍👍👍
Cozy environment and friendly service. The dishes are very clear with under.
Nice ambience but the service does not seem to be technically up to date
We were previously 2km further south kayaking at the kayak rental in Löcknitz, then we discovered the restaurant "Orangerie am See" by chance. You can sit wonderfully on a beautifully landscaped terrace and enjoy both the view of the Glindower See and, for example, a really delicious homemade cake. The gooseberry cake was delicious and so was the sea buckthorn sour cream cake. The service was very friendly and we will be happy to come back.
You can sit on the terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. The interior corresponds to a typical restaurant. Nothing special, but well maintained. The menu of drinks and drinks puts the sea buckthorn from the sea buckthorn garden Christine Berger in the center, which I think is great. The small menu (seasonally adjusted) offers various dishes that stand out comfortably from the usual. I had the wild burger, in which the sauce and salad dressing were seasoned with sea buckthorn. Delicious meat, good sauce, tasty salad, rather boring burger bun. Although it was not yet full, you noticed that the service quickly reached its limits and everything looked a bit disorganized.
